SCARLET WOLFE'S TRILOGY TOUR!!!

 ONE URGE ~ BOOK 1
ONE PLEA ~ BOOK 2
KEEP ME ~ BOOK 3

In the first novella to the One Urge, One Plea, Keep Me Trilogy, romance author, Alayna Wynn, is anxious over being a bridesmaid in her best friend’s wedding. She’s also cynical, having sworn off men two years prior when the only relationship she had ever known ended abruptly.
Alayna has no idea her anxiety will be brought to a higher level when she meets the groom’s friend, Damon Lear, at the rehearsal dinner. She’s surprised to learn he’s a famous writer of erotica and also the owner of one of the largest publishing companies in the world. His mere presence has her fleeing to the restroom to calm her nerves.
Damon is taken aback by his instant desire for Alayna. A secret buried in his past keeps him out of relationships and into behavior that is taboo to many, but he wants her and is willing to set his strict rules aside for one memorable night. After a failed attempt at propositioning Alayna, he’s determined they’ll at least share one heated kiss until they meet again, and he doesn’t hesitate to assure her they will.
Three months later, Damon gets his opportunity to seduce her when he rescues Alayna, keeping her from being stranded in an airport for days. Unable to leave Damon’s penthouse, she discovers it is impossible to resist the sexy, mysterious man who wants nothing more than to make her submissive, giving him the control he needs to fulfill his fantasies.
Alayna finds herself desperately wanting to please a man she knows little about while Damon struggles with his inability to let her go. What will happen when Alayna asks for a little more than Damon is willing to give?
“You’ll be stronger, Alayna, having explored the part of you that you’ve been afraid to know. You’ll beg me not to stop, and when leaving here, you’ll believe you’re the gorgeous, sensual being I see in front of me.”

Damon’s POV
I bring her head back down, and her eyes meet mine, displaying a mix of longing and fear.
“Don’t look away from me again, Alayna. It’s too late for you to wimp out now. It’s a shame you’re uncomfortable with me admiring your beautiful face.”
“That’s not it,” she says with a biting tone.
“What is it then?” I’m curious, surprised she spoke.
“I don’t want to admire yours. I don’t want to want you.”
“Why?” I clamp her wrists harder and push her head inches from mine.
“I’ll get attached, and you’ll leave me hurt.” Her breath whispers across my lips, leaving me unable to resist kissing her again. This time it’s controlled and slow, our tongues exploring, tasting, and getting acquainted in a profound way before I pull her back again.
“You’ll be stronger, Alayna, having explored the part of you that you’ve been afraid to know. You’ll beg me not to stop, and when leaving here, you’ll believe you’re the gorgeous, sensual being I see in front of me.”
Alayna’s POV
“Wake up, Alayna.”
My eyes fly open when I hear a whisper in my ear. Damon is hovering over me. I can’t see his dark irises or his jet hair, but his heavy breath is on my neck.
“Damon. What are you doing?”
“Do you trust me?”
“Yes.”
His lips graze from my ear to my jaw and then to my lips before they brush ever so gently across mine.
“I thought you didn’t want me.”
“I never said that, but obviously you need more convincing, so let me work on it.”
My heart and lungs battle over who’s the loudest.
“OK.”
“I’m tying you up. You have eager hands.”

In One Plea, the second erotica romance novella in the One Urge, One Plea, Keep Me Trilogy, Alayna Wynn has returned to her home in St. Louis. In an attempt to regain the control she had relinquished to Damon Lear, after being stranded at his penthouse during a snow storm in New York, she delves into her work.
Damon attempts to move on after Alayna leaves but finds himself distracted, consumed with thoughts of her. Living the way he did before she walked in and out of his life now seems impossible, and when he catches wind that Alayna will be returning to New York to see another man, he’s filled with jealousy.
Determined to spend time with her, he devises a plan. She is soon lured back to him and falls even deeper into his world of BDSM. Alayna begins to find their relationship thrilling and wants to please Damon more than ever.
Their lifestyles start to blend as they learn to meet each other’s needs, but they’re soon disrupted by secrets from Damon’s past, and one could even put Alayna’s safety in jeopardy. He is left to make tough decisions when someone threatens to leak information that could cost him his reputation, business and possibly Alayna.
Be prepared to feel your face warm as she and Damon explore their mind-blowing chemistry. His strong desire and Alayna’s defiance cause him to push limits. Damon introduces her to a cocktail of pleasure and pain as she exposes his heart to something foreign and undeniable. *Warning* This novella is explosively hot!
Damon’s POV
This woman’s backside is to me. I run my hand up into her hair, but it’s not thick and lush like someone else’s I know, so out of frustration, I yank it, bringing her head to the side. I run my tongue along her ear and down her neck, causing her to whimper.
Sliding my hand around to her front, I feel that her nipple is rigid, so I tug it between my fingers. She whimpers again, and I’m becoming angry, so I tighten my grip on her hair and tug her nipple harder before letting it go.
She moans this time, enjoying the pain. I’m pissed off, furious because I have a craving to paddle this woman’s ass until it’s fire red but only to hurt her, not for pleasure. And no part of me wants to fuck her. What I’m doing already feels like a chore.
This place is elite. It’s masked as an event venue you’d rent out, and the number of public officials who are members keep it from being shut down. I haven’t been here since a few days before Alayna stayed with me. I thought I was ready to return, but I was wrong. I’m not even undressed, and my hard-on is gone.
Alayna’s POV
After he calms, he pulls my wrists down between our chests and unhooks the belt. Throwing it to the floor, he collapses onto me. My arms instinctually wrap around his back, and he lets them.
“How you respond to me, Alayna, drives me wild.” His face nuzzles between my neck and hair, and I’m surprised when he relaxes, giving me the time to bask in the feel of his solid wall of strength and most importantly, the intimate moment we’re sharing.
“I’m taking you to dinner, and I want you to wear your black dress. I didn’t get to remove it last night.”
“I can’t; it needs laundered.”
Damon lifts his head to look at me.
“I had Margaret take care of having it cleaned while you were out today.”
“Um, OK. I appreciate the gesture, but do I have no privacy where you’re concerned?”
His face goes back into my hair. “Have I told you how good you smell?” he asks in a muffled sound.
I begin to giggle and feel him smile against my neck as he aims to distract me. How will I ever have a say with this man?
“Tie me up, so I can be free.” –Alayna.
In the third installment of One Urge, One Plea, Keep Me Trilogy, Damon Lear has Alayna right where he wants her. He has temporarily moved her into his penthouse, so he can spend more time with her and keep her safe after receiving disturbing emails at work, blackmailing him and insinuating that he might not get to keep what he wants.
Details from Damon’s past are leaked to the media, forcing him to take Alayna away to his second home and share with her his darkest secrets. Their relationship is threatened yet again when he chooses to withhold the most painful parts.
Their exes resurface, family interfere, and paparazzi stalk them, causing chaos. During it all, Damon battles to hold on to control by pushing Alayna sexually, introducing her to new, enthralling experiences. He soon discovers he’s losing the hold on his heart when he witnesses Alayna fighting for the both of them and submitting to him completely.
This is a sexy and steamy erotica romance with BDSM. One Urge and One Plea must be read prior to reading Keep Me. For a mature audience due to explicit sexual scenes and harsh language.
Damon’s POV
Alayna and I have been working a couple of hours when she marches into my study and sticks out her hand.
“Damon, I want my phone. I can’t stop obsessing over how worried my family has to be. I need to let them know I’m OK.”
In frustration, I run my hands down my face before reaching in the drawer next to me. I pick it up and hand it to her across the desk. After turning it on, she appears to be counting as she scrolls the screen. I watch her go from unsettled to panicked.
“Dammit, Damon. I have thirteen missed calls and eighteen text messages. My parents and brother are going to kill me. Oh, and let’s not forget Felicia.”
Alayna bites on her nail as she studies the phone. She better cut it out. I’m already thinking of bending her over this desk for making demands.
“Holy shit.” Looking astonished, she covers her chest with her hand.
“What is it?”
“My ex, Michael, texted me. He claims he might come to New York. He said he’s worried about me.” She finally glances up. “Am I already on the news?”
“Yes. George told me only a few minutes ago. Your ex might as well keep his ass in St. Louis. He’s not getting near you.”
She walks out of my study without a word, and I hear her run up the stairs. I’m sure she’s going to call someone, and it better not be him. Our peace and quiet is over.

EXCERPT

“I guess you’re right – Paisley, was it?”
God, he even makes my name sound like a sex object.
“Mmm hmm, and that’s something else you owe me. Shouldn’t I know the name of the brave knight in shining armor who saved me tonight?”
At this, his grin turns to a full blown smile and I fumble with my drink a bit. Holy shit, he has the most gorgeous smile I’ve ever seen. His teeth are blazing white like his shirt against his skin and his dimple deepens, “I think I’m more of a dark knight than a knight in shining armor.”
Holy. Fuck.
He smirks at what I can only imagine is my jaw flopping to the floor again. “Corbin,” he finally says, extending his hand for mine. “Corbin Ray.”
When he says his last name I notice the touch of twang in his voice. He’s Southern, too? Dear God, help me. He takes my hand in his and squeezes lightly, sending a quick thrill through me. I focus on keeping the drool inside my mouth and squeeze in return. “Nice to meet you, Corbin.”
“Likewise, doll.” His eyes glow fierce again and the music in Diggs is lost to me. All I can hear is the thumping in my chest increasing. I’m suddenly extremely warm, though I’m not sure if it’s him or the alcohol.

EXCERPT 2

I flush and take another, longer sip from my glass. I look up at him, my guiltiness written all over my face, I’m sure. He laughs a little and shakes his head, “Relax, you don’t need to explain anything to me if you really don’t want to. I’m curious, but I’m just glad you met me for dinner tonight.”
“I am, too.” I blurt out. Shit, Paisley, you’re supposed to not be interested. “It was delicious.”
Corbin’s eyes are searching mine and I feel him leaning in closer to me. Shit, shit, shit. “But, uh, I have yoga really early tomorrow. So I should probably get going,” I fumble, setting my glass of wine down on the coffee table. I go to stand but Corbin’s hand reaches out for mine, stopping me in my tracks.
            “Wait, what about dessert?”
I turn to face him again and melt to the floor when I see the look in his eyes. They’re dark, daring. He’s daring me to stay. Daring me to take a chance.
He slides his other hand around my waist, leaning closer with every word, “You’ve got three options.” I know I should leave, should stand up right now and walk toward the door, but I’m frozen in place and captured by his eyes. “ I could whip up some delicious chocolate fondue with fresh cut strawberries,” he breathes, tickling my back a little with his fingertips. My breath is hitched in my throat and I can hear my heart beating in my ears, the rate rapidly increasing with every syllable that escapes his mouth. “We could make a trip to the store and pick up the perfect ingredients for you to show off your baking skills,” he pulls me a little closer and I have to turn away, the intensity in his eyes too much for me to handle. My legs start shaking a little and I try to steady them and focus on breathing. His body is so close to mine now, I can feel his chest against mine. “Or,” he pulls his hand from mine and touches the side of my face, running his fingers up through my hair, and begins planting soft kisses on my neck. “We could stay right here, and I could make you dessert, instead.”
Holy. Fuck.

EXCERPT 3
“You look like an angel,” he says, grabbing my hand and pulling me back down with him instead of standing up. He pulls me on top of him and presses his forehead to mine, staring deep into my eyes. Slowly, he runs his hands through my hair and pulls me closer, inch by inch, until our lips are touching again. I swear his kisses could kill me, could take all of my life and I would still want them.
“I’m no angel, just like you’re no knight in shining armor,” I say, thinking back to Thursday night when we first met.
“Hmm, that may be. But I still think we could make a pretty good story together,” he smiles, kissing down my neck to my collarbone.
“Oh, you think so?” I laugh, letting his kisses blaze a fire down my body.
“It’s worth a shot, right? Who knows, it could be a fairy tale,” he says as he stands up, pulling me with him.
“Or a train wreck.”

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kandi Steiner is a Creative Writing and Advertising/Public Relations graduate from the University of Central Florida living in Tampa with her husband. Kandi works full time as a social media specialist, but also works part time as a Zumba fitness instructor and blackjack dealer.
Kandi started writing back in the 4th grade after reading the first Harry Potter installment. In 6th grade, she wrote and edited her own newspaper and distributed to her classmates. Eventually, the principal caught on and the newspaper was quickly halted, though Kandi tried fighting for her “freedom of press.” She took particular interest in writing romance after college, as she has always been a die hard hopeless romantic (like most girls brought up on Disney movies).

When Kandi isn’t working or writing, you can find her reading books of all kinds, talking with her extremely vocal cat, and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys beach days, movie marathons, live music, craft beer and sweet wine – not necessarily in that order.

Q&A with Kandi
Who inspired you to start writing?

My mom, definitely. She's actually very into reading like I am and is a great writer herself. I hope to one day convince her to write a novel, too. She inspired me when I was very young and encouraged me to pursue my love of writing, no matter what. Everything I've written from awful love poems in high school (yuck!) to decent pieces in college, she has always been there for me.
Why romance?
Great question! I have no idea. I always pictured myself writing non-fiction or nothing at all, but one of my final capstone courses in college was an advanced fiction course that really turned me on to the possibilities of creating a story. Why romance specifically? Well, we could blame it on my husband for showing me love so early in life, but it's probably more Disney's fault than anyone else's. I'm a girl, I love to love, what could be better than romance writing?
How do you write your novels?

Sporadically and without any structure at all. Sometimes I'll be driving and I'll whip out my phone and record something to write down later. Sometimes I'll write a scene and sometimes I'll just write about my character to get to know them better. Eventually, I sit down and map everything out so that I don't forget anything (blonde moments are a habit for me) and then I slowly start piecing it all together. It makes sense to me, but if I told any of my professors this they might kill me lol.

When did you know you wanted to write a novel?

Honestly, it hit me out of the blue. I got the idea for Tag Chaser when I was in the shower and I just couldn't shake it. I was dreaming about the characters, writing random scenes in my head, and just thinking about them constantly. I decided it was a sign to stop being so scared of failure and just write it. The way I see it, the worst thing that could happen is no one likes it - and in that case it will still be loved by me and that's what matters.

Why should readers pick up Tag Chaser?
Tag Chaser is a unique story that I think hasn’t been told yet. Often times we fall in love with characters who are so perfect, either individually or for each other. Tag Chaser is about exploring our imperfections and learning not to fight that chemistry that sometimes we just feel, whether it’s easy or not. I think anyone who reads Tag Chaser will laugh and love, and those are both two very beautiful things.

TEMPTING FATE BOX SET.....SIX AUTHORS GIVE YOU THE FIRST BOOK IN EACH OF THEIR SERIES

The Agreement
 Belong to You

by USA Today Bestseller J.L. Mac

Bad for You......Abbi Glines

"I was completely obsessed with her. Addicted wasn't a strong enough word. She had surpassed my addictive tendencies, and I was full-blown obsessed. There was nothing I wouldn't do for her. All she had to do was ask. I would give anything up just to get to hold her like this again." Krit Corbin

Seriously? If that didn't stir something up in you, I don't know what will.

If you've figured anything out yet about me. You have to know I am a HUGE Abbi Glines fan. I think the woman is a genius. I have read every book she's written (including the Existence series) and loved every one. Abbi's books are books I have gone back and read more than one time. Another useful factoid about me is I have the attention span of a gnat. So basically for something to hold my attention from the front cover (dayum did you see it?) to the last page it has to be amazeballs....Bad for You was exactly that book. I am completely and utterly in love with Krit Corbin (Yes I know he's not real.) But damn, that boy did something to me.....EVERYWHERE

I have read very few books that I immediately wanted to reread the second I put them down. Bad for You is one of those books for me.

Blythe Denton is the girl who nobody wanted. Orphaned as an infant, she is raised by her church Pastor and his abomination of a wife. For some reason unknown to anyone (well for now.) Margaret Williams hates the child that she and her husband offered to raise. Margaret Williams tells Blythe how disgusting and gross she is. Throw in some random beatings and a small town that treats her like she's garbage and you get a socially awkward, self loathing young woman.

So thank goodness after Mrs. Williams dies, Pastor Williams does the only decent thing he could do. He sends Blythe off to Sea Breeze, Alabama (lucky girl.) There she has her own apartment, an opportunity at community college and a new job. Add to this mix some totally hot new neighbors and that makes for good reading.

Enter Krit Corbin. You remember him right? The womanizing, man whore lead singer of the band Jackdown? Well anyway, Krit runs into Blythe the first day she's at her apartment. Krit and his best friend, room mate and band mate Green are her upstairs neighbors. In case I didn't mention, Blythe is painfully shy and afraid of social situations. Krit sees Blythe and is immediately drawn to her. Of course Krit has his own demons and decides he can't touch Blythe because he would break her.

The two of them feel like they're not good enough. Blythe has lived her whole life believing there was evil inside her and Krit just believes he's only good for one thing. He feels he could never be good enough for Blythe.

I forgot to mention, Blythe is clearly, absolutely stunning. There's not a boy in Sea Breeze who doesn't want to get to know her. Including the son of the new Pastor at the church Blythe works as a secretary. Eh, a few dates, but clearly not Krit (oh until the bombshell drops and I was like "Whoa, didn't see that coming.)

But I digress....Blythe and Krit begin this sort of tenuous friendship. They can both be themselves around each other. Blythe sees all the good in Krit that he doesn't realize is there. Krit feels like he needs to protect Blythe. Their friendship is genuine and sweet. I adore Blythe's innocence and I love the person Krit is when he's with her. But don't think for a minute that there's no sexual tension, because, oh yea, it's getting hot in hurr.

I think these are two of Abbi's strongest characters. They're so different, but they're so good together and I was cheering for them the whole way through. Now I'm not giving anything away, but Krit has a little freak out and then this happens:

"No one in my life had ever done that. Not even my sister. I was positive at that moment, when my sweet quiet Blythe was loudly telling a room full of people who knew better that I was a nice guy who was treated unfairly, that I would follow her off the edge of a cliff if she asked me to." Krit

At this point I was swooning. You can already guess that they get together at some point and holy hell....Krit got me all sorts of hot and bothered.

Before you think the story is done....it's not. There have to be "bumps" as my book partner Emily calls them. One is fairly devastating. So I'm now going to tell you to get the book and read it. It is probably the best Abbi Glines novel to date. Oh and even though it's a stand alone, you know you're going to want to read the whole Sea Breeze series.

Well I've talked too much as usual.  A resounding five lip smack review from me.  Read it! Let me know what you think!

EXCERPT
His strong arms held me tightly, like he might never get the chance to
do this again. The front of his hard body came flush with mine. I
could feel he was aroused as he tilted his hips into mine. My body
went stiff, and I fought with everything I had inside me to resist
him, but I still craved the closeness with him.
Alfie let out a shuddery breath and kissed the skin on my neck before
drawing his nose the length of it and letting me go. In my head I was
telling myself to get out of there before something happened between
us. Because if it did... I knew I'd be lost to him all over again.
